New Cure comp as download only. The band will release ‘4play’ via iTunes in the UK only, the record will include new versions of ‘Three Imaginary Boys’, ‘Seventeen Seconds’, ‘Faith’ and ‘Pornography’. I hope they bring across the big pond too. C'mon boys you have Cure fans in the States too.

Guitar Center announced its February promotion today, in which one lucky winner will receive a VIP trip for four to see Death Cab For Cutie perform in Los Angeles. Partnering with Atlantic Records, Guitar Center will also provide the winner with an autographed Fender Telecaster, complete catalog of the popular band’s recordings and exclusive Death Cab for Cutie merchandise, according to Jack Sonni, vice president of marketing communication for Guitar Center.
The promotion will run from February 1-23, culminating with the winner announcement in mid-March. Interested participants can submit entries at any Guitar Center location or online at www.guitarcenter.com
