I finally saw King Kong


The first thing out of the Theater was "damn the SFX were amazing but the dinosaur chase down the chasm while breathtaking was a bit too much. They all would have died. Sorry they would have. The T-Rex battle made up for everything" A close second "Man I love Jack Black but he was miscast...Not ruined the movie miscast but you could see the real Jack Black just waiting to come out. It was bubbling under the surface and that just sucks because I like my Jack Black to be well like Jack Black." It is a must see on the big screen. Oh and Naomi. Nice slip.

Death Cab for Cutie will be the musical guests for Saturday Night Live this Saturday, Jan. 14th with host Scarlett Johansson.

Blabbermouth reports: To mark the 26th anniversary of the passing of AC/DC frontman Bon Scott (February 19) and the 30th anniversary of the release of the group's "T.N.T." album (February 20), Australian cable TV station MaxTV "have decided to dedicate an entire day of programming to AC/DC on Saturday, February 18 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. "We'll play every clip, the concert from Madrid and I am also trying to license a couple of other specials including the Live in Paris special," stated MaxTV's Program Director.

FMQB reports: Congratulations are in order for Foo Fighters main man Dave Grohl and his wife, Jordyn Blum. A spokesperson confirmed to MTV.com that the couple is expecting their first child, due this spring.
