Evan Dando Resurrects the Lemonheads
Boston outfit the LEMONHEADS, fronted by Nineties indie icon EVAN DANDO, are at work on a new album, featuring bassist KARL ALVAREZ (DESCENDENTS) and drummer BILL STEVENSON (DESCENDENTS, BLACK FLAG). Stevenson and Dando -- who self-funded the recording -- are producing the album, to be released on Vagrant Records. From Rolling Stone Mag.

According to Led-Zeppelin.com, JIMMY PAGE and ROBERT PLANT are scheduled to perform together at the upcoming Montreux Jazz Festival for a tribute to Atlantic Record's founder Ahmet Ertegun on June 30th

The beloved cult novel/film High Fidelity is set to hit the stage as a Broadway musical, a move that could see Rob belting out his Top Five Least Favorite Showtunes or Dick and Barry arguing the merits of Can in-key. Slated for a December release, the musical will be brought to you by the producers behind Avenue Q and songwriters Tom Kitt and Amanda Green who wrote the play Rabbit Hole.
