Thank you Snapple. Next is all about finding you Your next new favorite song and surely you can find something this week. Listen and let me know.

New York Dolls – dance like a monkey ( One Day It Will Please Us To Remember Even This)
On July 25, their first studio album in over 30 years. The first pressing of the eagerly anticipated album will include a special 45-minute "making-of" DVD as well as the bonus track "17". Check out the guests on this CD : R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe ("Dancing on the Lip of A Volcano"), Iggy Pop ("Gimme Luv and Turn On the Light") and, Bo Diddley ("17")

Sheryl Crow – Real Gone (OST Cars)
It’s nice to have the rocker chick back…and I mean that in the nicest possible way. Her quiet moments are nice but I think she is best at the mid-tempo rockers.

Starlight Mints – Inside of Me (Drowaton)
Like a bubblegum pop that got lost in The Grimm Brother’s Woods.

Office – Wound Up (Q and A)
They are from Chicago and an unsigned band. 2 boys and 2 girls. This cd doesn’t sound like 4 people that have day jobs.

Smashing Pumpkins – You’re All I’ve Got Tonight (Cover of Cars)
Former Jane's Addiction bassist Eric Avery has been tapped to join the reunited Smashing Pumpkins,

Zero 7 – This Fine Social Scene (The Garden)
Progression of a great group. Great First cd followed by a less then perfect second cd and then the 3rd cd calls for redirection. Welcome to step three of Zero 7.

Isobel Campbell and Mark Lanegan – Do You Wanna Come Walk With Me? (Ballad of the Broken Seas)
Beauty and Beast…vocally? Well maybe angelic voice meets Whiskey drowned rasp. a beautiful late night cd. Campbell former Belle and Sebestian member and Lanegan most famous for Screaming Trees.

Hotel Lights – Stumblin’ Home Winter Blues (Hotel Blues)
Another former…former drummer for Ben Folds Five—Darren Jessee. This cd will get played on the OC then the secret will be out. Jump now people. Plays guitar piano and sings lead—that’s right no drums.

Willie Nile – Back Home (Streets of New York)
He made his recording debut in 1980 , , he manages to sound more then a bit like Dylan

Camera Obscura – Lloyd, I ‘m Ready to Be Heartbroken (Let’s Get Out of this Country)
If music were seasons-- indie pop would be fall, Garage Rock winter and And what is the flavor of summer? Orchestral indie rock distilled in southern Scotland, a la Camera Obscura

Keller Williams – Goof Balls (Grass)
I think Keller sums up this album best on his website…Keller Williams' self released album GRASS is a delightfully bizarre collection of anything-but-traditional bluegrass songs.

Muse – Supermassive Black Hole (Black holes and revelations)
This single is quite a departure for the band but I hear the rest of the CD is magic.
