Decent article on Jack FM. I am sure you have one in your neighborhood now. Best line is actually hiring djs that know how to introduce you to new artists. Duh. But that would be too risky because you might actually hear something you don't like. Radio is way too safe now and just doesn't want to offend. Strangely because it is so boring it has offended.
